Some Donny fans thought he had bought a share in the club, but that seems unlikely. It is also thought that he will use Donny as a stop gap for some of the out of contract players on his books. Apparently Saunders has mentioned about signing loan players that won't cost as much as people think.
Perhaps Ryan sees bringing fairly well known names in on a short-term basis as the way forward. I suppose it is a way of circumventing the current transfer window. We shall have to see.

I don't think Ryan is calling the shots at Donny anymore. If he was then O'Driscoll would still be there.

To what I've heard is, the guy that owns keepmoat builders is one of there share holders and refused to put anymore of his money in the club while s.o'd was there.
Also heard that s o'd had a meeting and admitted he didn't know what to do to turn the club around

I don't think agents can have a share in a club due to conflict of interest. But something would appear to smell.

Perhaps Donny have some sort of agreement to loan players and make short-term signings exclusively from Mckay's pool of players, perhaps at mates rates. Which would basically be telling Saunders who he can/can't bring in.

Isn't Keen at Blackburn on a similar deal?

Don't think for a reason Saunders isn't getting looked after. The whole thing stinks. Duff is on the mckay books as well isn't he?

Do these players realise where they are going or does Willie McKay take them there blindfolded? "Where are we Willie?" "Donny mate, they have 6,500 home fans, a 15k ground and are currently bottom of the league, but you'll look good here for when l sell you on, their chairman will pay you silly wages too"

on top of their annual £3 million debt this could leave them up sh*t creek if they don't start climbing the table.

Willie McKay is all that is bad in a football agent. As dodgy as they get.

Engineers deals (with no little commission to himself obviously) and then unsettles players when they are at the club - meaning they move on and get him another cut.

There have been calls for him to be banned from football altogether and some clubs now refuse point blank to deal with him.

We had dealings with him and his methods when Ross McCormack first came to us and was banging the goals in for fun.

    The man is bad news.
