    Because the referee 'didn't see it', but a bloke who nearly kills someone gets no ban whatsoever because the referee 'dealt with it at the time'.

    Every incident like this just winds me up.

    Bosingwa karate kicks someone, nowt gets done about it at the time. But because the linesman admitted he saw it nowt can be done.............JOKE.

    But main difference is that with SWP you can clearly see the intent. However with Hume you could always argue that he was going for the ball! I know it's a stretch but as long as there is a question over the intent it can't be proved.
