    P2P programs

You do give access to other computers of course cos that's the nature of P2P but I don't know if they are unsafe as such. Some of the P2P software listed there is rumoured to have spyware in there but I think sopcast is fairly trusted (and seems to provide the best results, for me at least).

    Anybody had any bad experiences?

no m8, but I always do a scan to check, and Virgins free PC Guard is pretty good on spyware

    I tend to find...

...only TVU and Sopcast give a reliable stream. TVAnts isn't bad either but the others don't give much joy.

    Out of interest...

...what do you use to scan your machine?

I've recently been trying out various spyware/antivirus/firewall programs with varying success. ZoneAlarm frequently froze my computer and Outpost started acting bizarrely. Various spyware programs found different things. I've now plumped for Norton SystemWorks.

with best will in the world this board has what?100-150 EXTREMELY regular contributors. The average support for tarn is roughly 9000.I'm too drunk to do maths but surely the chances of the fans on soccer Am tomorrow knowing anyone on here is really limited?
