    Good to see a good news story in the chron. Barnsley council social services care have come out on top in a survey they took part in. Re the care provided .
    Top on child welfare 99% compared to an average of 96% and adult welfare 93% against 61%.

    This is not an opportunity for you serial Hate everything Barnsley council does to take the opportunity to create your own agenda. Just a little bit of praise wouldn’t go amiss.
