I've been working towards a uni assignment about Preston North End and I stumbled across this. http://www.lep.co.uk/sport/national-football/brownhill-set-for-new-pne-deal-1-7768946
He might not want to sign one, a guy on their forum claims to be close to his family and he says that he wants a move away, to another Championship team.
On here almost a week back: http://bbs.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showthread.php?240650-Josh-Brownhill&highlight=brownhill+grayson Good news for him. Classic example of the loan system actually working as it should. Struggling at parent club, goes on loan & does great things for new club, parent club also reap the rewards when he goes back.
Because he is only 20 aren't preston ensuring they get a fee for him by offering him a new deal, regardless of whether he signs it or not ?
i reckon the lad will have many suitors. We've got to get the best out of him while we've got him. If he gets us back to the Championship it will have been a great deal for us. We have not a prayer of signing him on a contract, even when I've got my rose coloured specs on.
