Some folk are never pleased

Heard bloke talking after game about how Ferencvaros "werent that bothered" and "could easily have stepped up a gear".

FFS!!! Why not just admit that weve just had a good run out, won, and seen some postives against a team that we expected to beat??

 

When Sodje scored his cracking bullet header, a bloke behind me never applauded or cheered and just said in a monotone, 'one swallow does not a summer make'. Bloody hell, unbelieveable! What do these people want? It's a long time since we've seen a young lad so eager to score and put himself about.

 

None of it really matters anyway

apart from getting fitness levels up seen way too many pre seasons where teams and individuals have done well and then flopped when it matters and vice versa, players coasting through pre season and then stepping it up when the season starts.Its the ones who can do it with some level ofconsistently when the pressures on that we want

 

I thought the opponents looked like they WERE interested

disinterested teams don't score two goals.
