To be fair seem a decent bunch of people that posted.......

if it were the other way round and he played for them I'd applaud when he came on.

Sheffield Wednesday fans are far more palatable than those cnuts from across their city.

    Aye, noticed that.

The one thing you have to say about Hume, having seen him on TV alot over the months is what an absolutely fantastic fella he is. How anyone could not like him is beyond me..... seems so down to earth and affable.... maybe he has a good scoring record against the Owls?? (dunno)

It all stems from a game when he was at Tranmere back in 2005, he netted a late winner after the ref had basically given them the game and he milked the celebrations, He acts a complete tit on the pitch whenever I've seen him, maybe he only reserves it for when he plays us, I dunno, he's scored 4 goals against over the years so not a bad record.

As i've said on there and in the article on Owlsonline I wish him all the best I just don't like him

Well at least you're honest. Trying to think of a similar situation the other way 'round, but I can't - all the Wednesday players who have been "tits" on the pitch, are definitely the same off it!!! :D

Hume scored a late winner for Leicester vs us (which could have sent us down) in the season before last. Obviously he "milked it", but I can't ever remember thinking of him in a particularly negative way because of it - it's just what they do when they score ..... now Paulo Di Canio ...... there is someone who behaved like a "tit".

    :)

If the Wednesday fans applaud Hume (doubt he'll feature), I'll be impressed.

He did summat similar against us when he scored for Tranmere Boxing Day 2004

Annoying at the time but it shows he has passion for the game
