no matter how early people went, loads were still going to miss out... so all of this "you should have gone early" is complete B*ll*cks.
Correct If we had all got there earlier there would have been 20000 to go around. ANd if there wasnt thats all the fault of the fans, or maybe Liverpool for not giving us more
Look it's been proven, if everyone had got down there by 6am or preferably on Sunday night there would have been more then 6,000 tickets and everyone would have gone home happy. Jesus...........
Jay's right. In the beginning, at the dawn of time, there were an infinite number of tickets but the number has decreased as the universe has aged. We know this to be true because people only recently started complaining about lack of tickets. It's a triumph of empirical science. It's a good job we started selling them on Monday, to be honest, because if we'd have waited until the weekend nobody would have got any.
Ahh but... ... Dark energy would have made the tickets accelerate from Oakwell almost exponentially. If you'd have measured the red shift of a lower stand ticket at 9:00am it would have placed it some 2.5 M ly away and be lurking in the nether regions of the Andromeda galaxy. The chances of a season ticket holder picking one up therefore is inversely proportional to the Rowing constant of cosnmological expansion. Or summat.
