    1. We were way too narrow. There was never anything in front of Crainie or Smith and it robbed us of momentum going forward so many times.

    2. Hourihane is knackered. Give him a game or 2 off and let's have him come back firing. I wonder if this is anything to do with training - does he run them ragged? Cole followed a similar trajectory.

    3. Our best 2 players were Scowen and Pearson. Not often you say that 2 cms were the best players in a game you lose. Probably a reflection of point 1.

    4. Hemmings isn't good enough. I don't like having a go at an honest player who tries, I'd much rather slag off someone talented but lazy but I can't pretend he's a League 1 striker.

    5. What to do? I'd try 4 5 1 with Pearson and Scowen sitting behind Lalkovic, a rested Hourihane and Jennings / Kiwomya. If we can't win with that team and a fit Winnall ahead of them then we're in trouble.
