Some wonderful football played in the first half

Capped by a fabulously worked goal by Marc Richards . More of a battle in the second , but still many positives to be taken from the game . We're showing that we're not out of place at this level and some of our football is a joy to behold.

 

We've nothing to fear

thought we let them off the hook when we took Richards off,he was running them ragged,great football though.

Very good performance

But why did he take Richards off? Tommy Wright contributed nothing at all. Sam Togwell fantastic.

 

We've really stepped up a gear all over the park and don't look out of place at this level.

The quality of the football has been terrific - there seems to be so much more time on the ball in this Division.

And the workrate and effort has been consistently impressive - they've given 100% in all four games. All too often last season the good performances were interspresed with unimpressive or downright poor ones.
