it's to do with when they get the feed and edited pictures from the crew at the ground

emailed them once about it. it does seem that it's always ours though!

They are pathetic. They really are.

They show the magnificent advertisement from the Liberty Stadium, but the excellent game at Pride Park...oh, no, no, no.

Derby are usually on early, it's whoever we play who's late!

    Why?

Unless you've found a way to breach the space-time continuum, I'm not sure what they could do. Local cameraman provides single-camera coverage of match. He might also be working to regional news and have to stay to film post-match interviews & reaction. He then has to pack up and, unless there's an uplink truck in the car park, get to local newsroom camera or feedpoint, contact Sky server and play out the material. You posted not much more than thirty minutes after the final whistle.

I'd have hoped you'd understand the problems of hitting deadlines more than some.

    Well

I've never worked in TV/filming, but it begs the question how come every Tuesday night whether home or away our goals are NEVER on when at least 7 or 8 other games are?

    It's an amazing coincidence.

    RE: Why?

The point is that the cameramen at all the other grounds bar one, managed to get the footage to Sky for their news at ten round up. Its a regular occurence where we're concerned.

    RE: Well

It could be that as we're not exactly box-office, or haven't been at least, they don't deem our matches worthy of the costs of an uplink truck and satellite time.

    There we go...

That's what I'm suggesting and it stinks.

Quick enough to show us or feature us more if we've lost to a 'big team'

    RE: Well

That is sort of what we're complaining about. For whatever reason we are always an after thought on SSN.

Agree entirely. It's ALWAYS happening to us, never getting on - unless, like you say, we got thumped by one of the big boys.
