I wasn't expecting anyone and I didn't know who it was. So I shot them. Turns out it was the Betterware lady. Hope this is ok.
The problem was I couldn't see through the frosted glass. However, if you see where the bullet marks are it's obvious I was in my slippers and not just in socks or bare feet. That must prove summat.
We can all have assumptions on what happened...fact of matter he has been found not guilty of murder in a court of law. South Africa is one messed up country with there stupid gun laws. My personal opinion is that he intended to shoot to hurt/maim but he didn't intend to murder his mrs. (I await a barrage of criticism for my view on the subject)
No barrage of criticism here. You could well be right. I think he had an argument with his Mrs, she locked herself in the bog and he shot her through the door. I can't prove that though. I don't think the prosecution ever had a chance of proving that either and they clearly didn't as he was found not guilty. Certainly won't be criticising you for thinking differently though.
Suppose that's both the good and bad thing of a proper legal system - technically you can do some awful things and get away with it if actual evidence can't be produced...obviously the window of what people get away with is getting smaller through DNA etc but un this case he was in his own home so obviously that didn't matter.
So he meant to target her with a weapon designed to kill, not knowing where might hit her but he didn't intend to kill?
Was she not wearing her Betterware bulletproof vest, only £25.99 if buying a set of 69 matching plastic tubs. Bargin.
I would have thought one shot would have scared her tbh .but best make sure eh.(sarcasm not aimed at you BTW)
Kind of reminds me of a cuple of lines from 'Chicago' Jail-house Tango'.... ...He says and he kept sayin' "You been screwin the milkman" Then he ran into my knife He ran into my knife ten times
