    Turned up AFTER it had closed to renew his season ticket and cannot understand why they wouldn't process his renewal.

    I remember working in retail and quite often we'd stop after hours for customers, open early.

    Even for a tenders worth of business as it would generate an extra 40 or 50 quids worth by the best advertising ever.

    I went this morning 11am-ish and renewed mine and 2 kids. Young lads is now 12 so £140 extra :(

    There's a new lass started, so it's probably slower than normal as she has to have everything checked.

    In and out within 20 mins, with about 6 folk behind me in queue, I was 3rd.

    They're the most useless lazy sods I've ever known. I went down at 05:30 on my way to work and they were shut then too. Looks like they don't want my money the idle b'stards.

    I rang them (reversing the charges of course) and asked them to pop round and go through the renewal in my front room. They flatly refused, so I'm not going to Oakwell any more.
