someone's not telling the truth re MK Dons highlights

    As is custom and practice, tapes were sent to premium TV within the timescale laid down within our agreement.  Would you please note therefore that any problem that you have encountered is not with Barnsley Football Club, but with Premium TV.</p>

    probably beacuse you dare to question if BFC have done something right. What they patentky fail to remember is that you have paid for this "service" and they (both) are receiving money for provding it

    Premium TV-I assume BFC get a rake off-so technically Joanne is right-but I would have appreciated something like-&quot;we will check up with premium TV to see whether or not the tape has been received and will let you know&quot;

    In all fairness to Joanne - though she could have worded it a bit more politely it really isnt her issue.

    Your (and my) agreement is with Premium TV and it is their responsibility to provide the highlights. If they havent got the tapes from the club they should be chasing it not you.


    ps why in todays technological age are we still posting video tapes - surely 8mm film on a carrier pigeon is a more reliable way of doing it.

    they produce a DVD of the whole match and send it to Premium and the ref-the Wolves one was in the shop on the counter and-you've guessed-no you can't buy it-I for one would be interested-even though there is no commentary-on second thoughts that's a bonus!

    But although the contract is with premium TV barnsley do advertise it as their own service

    And really should take a bit of ownership when it comes to their supporters having problems.</p>
