All I seem to be hearing at the moment is what a hero Brian Howard is. Let's not forget the fantastic saves that Steele pulled for us.
It's natural because he scored the winning goal to get all the plaudits The whole team and management are heroes.
fosters goal has never been mentioned, without that it never would have happened he beat crouch and carragher in the air to score
I'm not saying they went un-noticed altogether I'm actually digging at all the publicity Brian seems to be getting from this when it wasn't him alone that saved the day
RE: I'm not saying they went un-noticed altogether I couldn't listen to Brian talking for very long - what sort of an accent is that?
I hate to say it, but... A few people in work have commented on Howard's recent publicity and think he's an absolute arse.
I hate to say it, but... A few people on here have commented on your recent publicity at the beamback and think your an absolute arse.D) Sorry couldn't resist.
RE: I'm not saying they went un-noticed altogether Bet his agent is rubbing his hands.
All this publicity is unbelievable. I'm getting people that don't follow football congratulating me on the result.

Funny you should say that cos a few at work have described him as 'very confident'. I think that's polite for cocky
Brian has acknowledged that in all the interviews I've seen-in fact he has tried to play down his goal and say it was a team effort-false modesty maybe but given that we are the only team to beat Liverpool this season in a competitive match where they have scored first I think he has every right to milk it while it lasts!
