What the hell was that Wurzels song like??? It has to be more embarrassing than "The Clapping Song" that we had around 10 years or so ago.

    What did they play?

    Definitely The Wurzels

But not anything I've ever heard before, probably specially commissioned. Set to the tune of "2 Little Boys" & all about being a Yeovil fan.

Not sure which was funnier personally, that music or the steward who decided he was going to force conversation on James, my helper for the day. He was a nice enough bloke but spoke with the strongest Somerset accent you can imagine & had a speech impediment to boot. Not wishing to mock the afflicted, I've even been known to associate with Wednesday fans, but he took some understanding!!

    Close but not quite!

I could have done with Ceefax page 888 to understand him!

It's easy once you get used to them

You should have given me a shout.

Not quite that easy or I would have done

Their disabled areas are all in that stand to the left of where you'd have been stood. I kept looking to the right to see if I could make out anyone & I spotted the London Tykes, largely due to recognising them from a photo that was posted on the old board towards the end of last season, but that was about it.

I couldn't remember the name of the pub where you were meeting & I also didn't know where it was either so I couldn't meet up with you. I had intended asking you for directions to it but kept forgetting.
