I have just installed it after getting it recommended. I'm not exactly sure how it all works, or if it's any good or not. What does it mean though when it says the channel is offline? Does this mean the match isn't available to watch at all? It was a match that had already kicked off, but I was only testing to see if it worked.

    I get that sometimes

The thing is, even though broadcasts are listed in the schedules they sometimes don't get broadcast for whatever reason. I imagine it only takes the originator's computer to crash or summert to kick the channel offline.

That said, I think you have been unlucky to experience it the first time you try because normally they are quite reliable.
