Me too. Chicken at this house. Roast Chicken... the clue is in the name. But this thread is cheering me up, cos I thought Sunday roasts were a thing of the past. I thought everybody went shopping these days? Then again, we're an old bunch on here...
Like most meats. Would always ask for a bit of each at a carvery for example. I suppose I’d say beef is my favourite. Very partial to a bit of roast pork too though. Tend not to do chicken at home
Shoulder of lamb marinaded in mint, red wine, herbs, garlic, redcurrant sauce, and stock, slow roasted for about 4 hours till it drops......... WOW ! Or a big slab of brisket from a real butchers, slow roasted for hours until that drops......... just as WOW !
