No The rule states it has to be intentional handball....just hitting an arm that is down by the side cannot be given as hand ball
True It wasn't hand ball but we see loads of free kicks given when a player has his hands down byside - surely that's not intentional</p>
No I wouldn't See my other post about whenever it's been given. I've been at Oakwell with Barnsley fans shouting for a handball in those circumstances and I've been saying that you can't give it when the arm is down by the side
