Sorry but the League should punish Charlton over this

    not just because our game was off either. It also cancelled a midweek game too. I read the comments of their groundsman saying that the drainage system has not been upgraded in over 16 years or more and that they knew it was buggered too. When you consider that Charlton in that period had a healthy spell in the premier league, I find it hard to take that they did not make sure some cash was spent on the main part of the stadium... the FECKIN PITCH. Why could they not have asked to hire a local teams pitch out, surely there are other London League clubs not at home today. The FA should insist that they make plans to re-locate to another ground in such circumstances in the future... West Ham are in Cardiff today, maybe they could have ask to loan Upton Park for the day. There are 6 teams from the Prem/Championship away from London today. Contingency plans should have been made.
