To old now for championship. Boulding is scoring loads in that league, and Leon Knight score's, but they wouldn't do it it in our league!!

 

Exactly - I wouldn't want him at his age. The figures they are talking about are just crazy though! £750k - £1m??? Only youngsters in that league would have any chance of commanding such a figure. But for someone the wrong side of 30 is mad. Cant fault them for saying such a figure though - in their position, a player who is contributing what it seems that he is, I too wouldn't be happy if he went for peanuts. I really cant even see us offering above £250k for him - and thats being quite generous.

Like you say, Leon Knight and Mickey Boulding are scoring in that league, but they wouldn't cut the mustard so to speak in the Championship. Good luck to Chesterfield though, hope they keep him and get promoted.

They want Boulding to take his place - League2 players bring League2 football. We've already found that out the hard way.
