    It dunt matter whats been posted before..........just fooking post it..........its a message board; you don't need to be polite; just throw those thoughts onto the screen

    its because

    there are good many on here that jump straight down the throats of people if they post something, when a thread on the topic is already up. They know who they are. They grief people "WHY IS THIS NOT IN THE OTHER THREAD ON THIS SUBJECT" they often accuse the later poster of seeking lime light etc. So now just in case the grievers are about people tend to put the "sorry if already posted" tag.
