even at 78 yesr of age im asking for help
how do you get thro the Pain barrier
Oh and plaese dont feel sorry for me
they say you wont die from sciatica
but dont rush and Join the Club
they say for a 78 year old im doing fine Blood pressure is good

But my dad used to be. He's 77.</p>

He sees his Chiropractor regularly and swears by this as a means to keep symptoms at bay.</p>

Might be worth asking your GP to recommend someone.</p>

but my mum's 70 and she suffers with it from time to time, she had physio treatment last time which did the trick.

Don't envy you Bob it's a wicked pain by all accounts
