It is something I am trying to keep my mind off. You get on with it. I am not surprised by it because nothing surprises you in football." </p> Under Fifa rules, Lampard can buy out the remainder of his contract but it was reported in February that he was unlikely to take that course of action. </p> The £15m-rated player has been linked to Barcelona and Juventus, who are now managed by former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri. </p> Lampard enjoyed his most prolific season in front of goal for the Blues in the 2006-2007 campaign, scoring 21 times.</p></font></td></tr></tbody></table>
Actually his club form is excellent One of Chelski's key players along with Terry, Czech and Drogba. Just put an England shirt on him and he is a completely different player
You must be kidding. John Barnes caught some right stick towards the end, but at least he had some quality games in an England shirt as well. As he got older and lost pace his England form dipped in comparison to his club form - but his early performances for England were quality. Frank Lampard has never looked anywhere near as good as Barnes. And Geoff Thomas was a joke - but comparable to Frank.
