    That's awful news for us. Notts F now have a game with them at home where Soton have nowt to play for. The Gods are really conspiring against is and I for one will be glad when this season finishes, whatever the outcome.

    saying that southampton need to play there balls off next 2 games now to survive relegation, then be docked the 10 points to be relegated, then next season they will play without a point deduction

    All depends on how they react.

    They could say "sod it" and not turn up or it could be a case of "Someone's going to pay for this!" - Just hope it's the latter. As a result Forest might not know how to play this one and slip up.

    I think that they would want to start life in League One with nil points rather than minus 10.

    its League 1 regardless, which is a massive demotivation, big lift for Forest that.

    Hopefully, they will be playing to finish 4th bottom and not be relegated automatically. Then with the 10points taken off this season, become relegated and then start a fresh next season.

    That depends

    The 10 point deduction is this season if they finish outside bottom 3, next season if they finish in the bottom 3.
    So the incentive is there for them to try to win their last 2 games in order not to start next season on -10.
