Has any season ticket holder received their tickets through the post yet? Provided they filled their season ticket form for the club to send cup ticket to them. thanks for any info.
Got mine through the post yesterday ..... ..... £15 plus a £1 admin fee, daylight robbery! That's what yer get for commiting yourself to cup games before the season starts!!
to be fair its only a quid and it saves you the bother of going up and getting one in person. im sure it mentions the additional fee on the form
It is only a quid so it isn't worth arguing about..... ..... but they might get more doing it if they sent them out for nowt, cos at the end of the day it's the postage cost we are talking about, and it saves their time dealing with you face to face in the ticket office
not saying that just dont see your point were you unaware of the extra cost when you ticked the box? if so then i do see your point.
however they have to pay somebody to trawl through the applications and issue the tickets so it's not just the cost of a stamp-and how far does 50p of petrol get you nowadays??
RE: Got mine through the post yesterday ..... I assume that when you agreed to this at the start of the season you agreed to pay by credit card? Well there is the credit card fee that Barnsley and all football clubs charge. It would be the same if you went in person to collect your tickets and paid by credit card. You are also charged a fee or if you rang the club and booked that way. I also think there is a fee with the online payment system (not tried that yet). As I said it is no different to any other football club or major event organiser if you book tickets with a credit card Think your self lucky it was not ticketmaster, they tend to charge £2.50-£3.00 per booking Owen
not quite right they don't charge the pound if you go in person-it's to do with them checking by phone the card details
RE: Got mine through the post yesterday ..... It's worth a quid to have em delivered to the door.
Thanks very much BFC for the prompt and efficient service.

its the same used to be a discount but they got rid of that not sure when it went could have been doyle or p riddy.
