    Still sore/swollen

    and painful, except when I'm dosed up on codeine! It's my own fault for thinking I'm "supergirl". I must listen to my body when it's telling me to slow down.

    I'm due to see the Orthopaedic Surgeon at Sheffield tomorrow morning so hopefully he'll be able to sort the problem out. Hobbling round a little, but still can't bend it much or put too much weight on it.

    Thanks Ian for your message. Just left him in the pub. With his dee dar mates. To be fair, my other half is never a problem - it's the people on the fringes who insist on phoning the minute the final whistle has gone.
    We were not good tonight. Neither were they. Same old story though. Gutted. I really thought at half time they were there for the taking.
