A while back someone on here posted a list of functions which speeded up your computer. Things like deleting certain unused files, unchecking things in msconfig etc, all of which worked a treat. Anyone still got the list or remember who it was who posted it?
    Cheers

Go to download.com and get Adaware and Spybot.

Go to Eusing.com and get their Registry Cleaner and Window Washer (it clears out all the history, cookies, drop-down stuff, the lot.)

Restore defaults on your mouse or touch pad. (No idea why that works but it does.)

Go to accessories and use the disc cleanup and disc defragmenter. (Do the defrag at bedtime, it takes a while.)

    Whoooooosh!
