Living and workng where I do, it is not very often that you see a Barnsley sticker in the back window of a car. Tonight at about 5:30pm, I was proceeding over Caversham Bridge in an easterly direction on the inside lane when a silver peugeot passed me with a Barnsley car scarf in the back window. Any ideas who this might be?
My sister met a Reds fan from Reading Lived there all his life but his first ever footy match involved 2 teams - one of which was Barnsley (The other was possibly Reading) - he vowed to support whichever team for the rest of his life - and stuck to it. The Reds won. Don't know much else but I'd guess he's 30+
Saw a little kid running round a shopping centre in Coatbridge, near Glasgow last year, with a reds top on (Y)
Funny really, that's at least 6 reds fans I know of in the Glasgow area. Never seen a blunts fan though.
walking round Pogmoor t'other day saw a kid wearing a Barnsley top ! Anyone else see it, couldn't believe it ?
Fook me weirdest thing ever i saw other day in sheff A lass over the age of 13 with her own baby, i couldnt barely belief it myself
RE: Fook me weirdest thing ever i saw other day in sheff Sadly not, im never getting that drunk again. One dee dar bird of legal age (20) is far too many
Saying that... Haven't had a great experience of Barnsley lasses either!! Anything's better than a Weegie...
RE: Saying that... At least with Barnsley lasses you know where u stand. Only funny story from that dee dar is we went out for a drink with her brother and his bird one night and he asked me what we were doing later and i casually replied "im going to knock your sisters back out when we get home" never seen a dee dar that speechless before.
RE: Saying that... Obviously my Barnsley lass was unique then! I wouldn't touch a Dee Dah, not my cup of tea.
