Genuine question mark, was he an arse? Heard a few people say he was awful and arrogant. Only spoke to him briefly once and he was pleasent enough to me and my brother, but others seem to think he was bad.
Yes he was with me. I was at the training ground and talked to a couple of players after they finished and walked down to the changing rooms,I then tried to talk to Davey, who was on his own,I did not interrupt anything, I asked if he was enjoying his time as manager and why he thought that playing Robbie Williams in the middle of the park was a good idea? I was expecting to at least hear his logic to it,but what i got was a load of abuse after he made sure no-one could hear him, he said I was a fecking nobody that knew **** all about football and I should leave the managing to him as he had the qualifications not me and if I didnt like it I could **** off and not come back to Oakwell again. My answer was that I would be at Barnsley a lot longer than he would but he just laughed ! Welsh lovely person !! He was nice to some other people I know but they were not alone when they asked him questions ! But apart from that I liked him ! I just have a way with managers at Oakwell , I think !!
