    Wouldn't them not having been at the club, therefore on holiday, be good reason?

    Also, don't you think such a rash approach might be akin to cutting off your nose to spite your face?

    i think that any player Flitcroft doesn't want who hasn't signed should be let go and the others he should try as hard as he wishes to get them to sign.

    So we should give up on trying to get Cranie to sign if he hasnt done so by midnight Sunday? Or is your comment solely aimed at two players in particular.

    any player.

    the ONLY player i think should take that long is Lucas because of the type of deal and becuase hes plaued with the u21's

    Well, that might work on championship manager fella, but this is the real world. We can't dictate to players like Steele and Cranie when they should sign the contracts - its not as if we've got ready made replacements waiting in the wings to sign on the dotted line if they dont.

    While we're at it, I reckon ANY supporter who hasn't bought a season ticket with their own hard earned before Monday should be banned from Oakwell. And, if the taxman doesn't send me the tax back I'm owed before Monday, I will never pay tax again.

    i doubt the decisions from steele, bobby or cywka are central to flicker's planning. he's made it clear that he would be happy with alnwick as his number 1. bobby and cywka would be retained as squad members, so he will probably see them as replaceable at relatively short notice.

    i imagine his time will be being spent on cranie and the two additional new targets he's referred to this week..whoever they are
