Anybody had any dealings with them? Been today after the open day and seen a couple of lovely cars at good prices - just wanted to know if anyone has had any problems. Cheers.
Vince the Prince My mate had load of bother with 'em when he bought a van several years ago. No recent experiance thoug.
Seen a Renault Laguna estate 03 reg, and a Seat Toledo 03 - both for about 5 grand, with average mileage on the Renault and High-ish mileage on the Seat. I need summat bigger to fit the kids and pushchairs in and had been looking for something like a Citroen Picasso but not found a good un yet for the price I want to pay.
Can't go wrong with a Seat, quality cars. Although, Renault seem to be improving year by year. Pity they're French though, and it's a bugger to work on them!
Why would take finance out through a company who are in financial difficulties? Sorry, but I know I wouldn't.
my dad bought a Picasso from them 2 weeks ago not bad at all. gave it a MOT, service, 2 new tyres and cleaned it up etc . . .
no problems with them at all and the car is going fine at the moment and it was a reasonable price.
got£2000 part exfor his fiesta and its on the forcourt for £2990, which is a bit of Barsteward though, but we want really fussed about it.

RE: my dad bought a Picasso from them 2 weeks ago Of course they'll have it up for extra, they need to make a profit as a business! Always the way, they'll offer you lower end of the book price so they can make a profit.
RE: my dad bought a Picasso from them 2 weeks ago also, i forgot to mention that our next door neighbour bought one from there as well a few months ago anddidnt have any problems either.
RE: my dad bought a Picasso from them 2 weeks ago yeh exactly. originally only offer us £1600 for it but we got the guy upto 2k, which is what my dad was selling it for privatly anyway.
Cheers fellas - my car was written off a couple of weeks ago in an accident (not my fault) and I need to spend my insurance money wisely. I know nowt about cars - and i'm sure its very obvious to car salesmen so I dont want to get fleeced by a dodgy one.
Well, Seat are decent these days, now they're part of the VW group they've improved massively. I own a Seat myself
RE: my dad bought a Picasso from them 2 weeks ago That's the way it goes, they'll offer you bottom book price and it's up to you to get a decent price for it. They'll try all the tricks in the book to fleece you.
be warned though, they will only give you a three month waranty with any car from, or at least thats what the guy told us anyway.
but like i said - we have had no trouble with the car as of yet.

What about an MG TF thinking of getting one for our gurt, what problems are there with them if anyone knows?
"not much"? That's fecking awful! You think they'd give you a year, minimum. They obviously don't have much confidence in their cars/technicians.
