that Barnsley FC are taking legal action of their own after the FA's announcement this afternoon. They are suing Sheffield United and Morgan.

Hope that goes comes back with a better result

    When did they say "taking"

    I thought they said "Considering"

Unless there has been a further update from 6 mins ago.

"They are suing Sheffield United and Morgan"

SSN haven't said that at all. I've been watching for the last hour! All i've heard them say is 'will now look at taking there own legal action'

just a thought, would it be criminal or civil...... both?
obvious the police would be involved in the 1st instance and would proberly just end up with mogs getting community hours at worse,
the latter could prove the best way, but no punishment to him, the club would have to pick up any fine/compo.
i was all for sheff utd getting a decent wedge off whu, but now i hope they get ten bob and a free ticket to the johnstones paint cup final!
