Granted its not the precise spelling, but St Ishmaels is where I am for the next 7 days in a cottage in the middle of nowhere with just farmland and fields surrounding it.

It's an omen I tell you, an omen!

Pembrokeshire. I stayed there once in a rented cottage on a farm. Very rural any not dissimilar to Cornwall landscape wise.

We had a long meander over yesterday from London. Stopped off at an NT place in Dyffryn and a country park fairly close by, then pitted at Laugharme to eat a sandwich looking out as the tide came in with an old castle to the left of us and resting place of Dylan Thomas, wonderful place then finally stopped for some meat from a butchers in Narbeath. Narbeath had quite a buzz, though sadly far too many people were going into shops without face masks so we didn't hang around, just got the food and on to the cottage.

Last night there was a badger snuffling around in the garden as the sun was setting in the distance and this morning a buzzard perched on a shrub about hundred metres away. I've a few days of work to do, but hoping to be done by Monday and we'll venture about a little. Dale is just a few miles away, so we might walk down on Monday and check it out.
