I like LJ and what he stands for, and our recent record sacking managers has proved "change is not always good"... What LJ needs is experience in squad and coachimg staff... **** it bring in his dad as an advisor, grant holt, matty fryatt, and/or leon best. Forwards who know what the division is about, love to play and score for fun. If we change manager we start again... Win, beat, sack repeat... Stability needed!!!
Was thinking this earlier regarding his old man, sadly though he's currently managing Chelmsford at the top of the conference so can't see him wanting to come to us.
In recent times sacking the manager has normally saved our season. Long term it hasn't helped, but short term it has. You're alright quoting all these big names working their way down the leagues, but we have a budget to work with. Grant Holt hasn't scored for fun in years, and when Michael Smith signed I believe your comment was 'knows this league and can score for fun'.
