Iagree that we need some stability but we're just not getting there under Simon Davey. If we have stabilised at all it's in the position of leaguepushover. The players don't know what he's going to do next and, under those circumstances, how can we expect them to play with their hearts for our club? When was the last time we had a team that felt like a team? If it's stability we're after then we need a manager capable of providing it.</p>

I agree Windy, but the main problem Davey has is that he has a arrogance and stubborness which belies his short manegerial experience, i could accept if he had been in the game a few more years as a manger with his tacticts but it is becoming increasingly obvious that he does not have man management skills or a tolerence level which will allow players to be played ., except if you are consistently poor like OF, Ferenci,. but lets not go there.....

Correct, we have been weak up front all season, weak in midfield, lacking pace in midfield and to many light weight players. Physical players always seem to do well outside the premiership. Davey as failed to put stability into the team, eveyone and their Granny can see we are poor up front, and powder puff in midfield. He should have addressed that problem in the loan season, his stubborness will get us relegated.

He as kept with the same players who have won 3 games in 20, ok we are in the semi-final and we have had injuries, but he should have brought in a mid-fielder and a forward. The present team, are world beaters, now that is drivell. :)

    After Reading your Posts

You would not know drivel if it smacked you in the face purely because all your posts are just abject unadulterated uniformed tunnel vision views...
