    i think they would be a good pairing. Jacob as the defensive player who can pass the ball out wide and Adam linking up the midfield and attack. Just like he does when playing u18/res football. Also Adam might wont to show city what they missed out on.

    I watched those pairings at Frickley, and to be honest they were all over the place and looked average against a unibond side that was dreadfull. Both Adam and Butterfield were so lacking in experience and pace that they have to up their game so much to be a championship duo in midfield.

    If Anderson and Colace are unfit then Simon should be throwing the sheckles at Liverpool, Charlton and Rangers to get the quality that we need.
