Clearly issues with our ability to convert our chances / make enough clear cut ones.

13th in division for average no. of shots per game.

18th in division for % shots on target

23rd in table for % shots leading to goals.

Anybody who watches r warm up will see how pathetic our finishing is, they can't even hit net in a practice drill what chance do they have in a match situation

Hard for me to say, but we appear to lack midfield runners to join an attack, help COG out and get on the end of balls and knock a few in. You can only play one upfront if your wingers are joining the attack high up the pitch or have advancing midfielders. Of course it doesn't help when what excellent chances we do get go begging.

Wilson was right in saying we need pace. We're pretty one dimensional in that respect and teams can play us knowing we're not going to run them ragged down the flanks or through the middle.

For me RNL should have been given his chance for that reason alone.
