I am as worried as the next fan about possibity of League 1 again next season, but remember back to when we got promotion to Championship. The euphoria of Cardiff and then wondering if we could survive, after all, to be honest we didn`t have the strongest squad going. Many many fans were saying 4th from bottom will do them, just survive for the 1st season and they would be happy. Well, nothings changed, in fact at the moment we are doing better than that. It is not over till the fat lady sings. So let`s get behind the team and manager and give em some positive support at the well. Come on lads, you can do it!!
We are not doing better than that.... We are 4th from bottom. And a possible 1 game away from 2nd bottom. I am much happier with a buffer between us and the relegation places. Last nights result removed that. </p>
Ey? "Many many fans were saying 4th from bottom will do them". "Well, nothings changed, in fact at the moment we are doing better than that". Doing better than what? 4th bottom? Really. I've just checked the league table ... and, unless my eyes are completely joeyfied, we seem to be exactly 4th bottom. 0.6 points per game. That's worse than 0.83 points per game that is.
RE: We are not doing better than that.... Okay then, in the same logic We are also 1 place off 20th position. Depends if your glass is half full or half empty.
The way we have played in our last 3 games means we are relying on there being 3 worse teams than us from here on in.</p>
RE: The way we have played in our last 3 games We are hoping to win the home games against palace and leicester, and pick something up away from home....</p> http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/hform.html </p>
Don't worry - we'll not be 4th bottom for long. We'll finish 2nd bottom. No doubt. I have more confidence in Jay's ability to be Prime Minister than Clipboard Colin & his YTS buddies.
I find it a bit strange ... ... that, in my opinion, our best team is: Colgan Hassel, Kay, Lewin, Hecky Hayes, Togwell, Howard, Dev Istvan, Richards Subs: All the ***** we've signed. Basically the team we started with - plus a centre half & centre forward. The 93 signings we've made seem to have been almost pointless. Big squad is one thing. Big squad full of ***** is another. 0.6 points per game.
Richards? I'd stick with rajczi for now, but actually play him in his proper position, you know, a striker playing up front. </p> And hecky scares me, the opposition always target him so I would bring eckerslike back in, but tell him every time he tries a nice little pass instead of getting shut of the ball he gets fined, or loved, whichever he fancies the least.</p>
Yep. Richards. I'd bully our way out of trouble. Win the ball high up the park & get the wingers and Bri running on. Richards, although not prolific by any means, has kicked the ball into the goal of the opposition. I find this to be an attribute that strikers should have. Peter, Nards & the rest of the attackers seem to have forgotten this. Unfortunately - Hecky is our best left back. Eckersley looks to have no interest unless he's bombing forward & Austin will get sent off against a decent winger. Like Mrs Ponty - we're going down with a whimper.
Can you give me a brief outline of your major policies? I'm betting they include equal rights for big gay wombat silly haired glass backed ****** talking freakoids. How's the lounge suit coming on?
We certainly have a chance You can't be two points clear of the relegation places with six games to go and not have a chance. Saying we don't have a chance is just a bit ******* stupid.
