    Nowhere near ready. I live a lick and a spit from Hillsborough and have seen him play a lot. He's a talented lad but in goalkeeping terms young and not ready. If we rely on him I'm presuming we would be kicking around the bottom 6. In a couple of seasons he will be a good player.

    I reckon we could come to regret this one. Of the 4 players we were expecting interest in, Steele would be the one that I would have tried to keep.
