Said in Yorkshire Sport yesterday that clubs are monitoring him. I would hate for someone to take him away from us this summer. I'm sure it will just be paper talk.
That would be a big loss. Can't see it though. He knows his importance to Barnsley. I am sure all the players are thinking that BFC can move on next season if they all stay. Howard included.
consiidering he didn't get a look in a Burnley last year & was our player of the season this year! I'd have thought he would have been happy to stay............. and I'd would have thought as a club we would want to keep hold of our best players! So unless we get big money offer, I can't see Foster going anywhere......... I wouldn't be suprised to see Foster become club captain As for Jack Lester, I would suggest that his agent is helping to fuel rumours..... He's played at this level and didn't cut it! plus he's always been injury prone.... in comparison you could say why not re-sign Michael Boulding from Mansfield after all he scored more goals this season....
In all honesty I'd rather have Boulding than Lester. Though neither should be on the shopping list of a Championship club
