Steve says!

Well, this is certainly one of my favourite challenges. Note how the boot is angled to ensure a clean removal of the head. This will, of course,

give you a big advantage during the remainder of the game, as you opponent will be forced to carry his bonce under his arm like the geezer in that Shakespeare play.

N.B. Removing your opponents head could be classed as obstruction under law 24(a). Beware of fussy referees.

RIP Steve Cooper & South Riding

    What caused Steve Cooper's death?

I'm sure it was never actually said.

RE: Mmm, all a bit mysterious to me

He fell and banged his head but didn't go to the hospital

I think he had internal bleeding like Natasha Richardson
