What’s this about? I know Gerrard wanting to play every game but surely Mclaren should know not to pick him. Why risk him, Liverpool haven’t played him for 3 weeks and expect him to return in a few weeks so what good is it going to do to give him an injection when all it does is make the injury worse. Rafa would quite rightly be annoyed if Gerrard came back in a worse state than he went to join the England squad with.
