    Gerrard is an arse. I used to think he was brilliant, now he's completely ineffective and at times a liability. Liverpool are a shadow of the team they once were, where as Everton are quickly becoming my Premiership team (if I had to favour one). I think Moyes has done a brilliant job there, now they're playing some great football and have some very talented players.

    Sour grapes as he watches the neighbours become better. I watched the game and they were no more long ball than any team, including Liverpool. Bit of a bizarre comment really. I have been really impressed with Everton so far this season. Moyes has built a very useful side over the last few seasons. Jelavic, Fellaini, Pienaar, Baines, Mirallas, Osman and Howard would walk into the current Liverpool side IMO.
