A think this has probably been spoke about already this season and I know why they do it but what the Fuking hell Is the point of them walking up the gangways every 10 minutes to see if anyone us standing up??? Surely they can see from the gangway exit if someone Is standing up plus what about the ponty and away end A get there only doing what they’ve been told to do but it doesn’t make an ounce of sense to me at all
I reckon the company that employs em R. Want to see summat for paying the wages lol. Tbh not noticed em do their match routine every 10 minutes on gangway 3 for a while. Football we play at the mo is more of a distraction, rather than tuther way round lol.
I heard via the FSA that the EFL/FA are going to be cracking down on standing at football matches so if this isn't the reason why this is happening currently, I'd certainly expect this to get worse in the future. The powers that be removed standing at Football due to safety concerns and put a levy on betting to pay for clubs to modernise stadiums to be all-seater. Isn't it time they did this again to fund clubs like Barnsley to put some safe standing in?
I get that but unless you’re blind or 2ft tall you can quite easily see from the front row if someone is stood up……it just seems very odd how it’s done so often when you have 3 other stands where folk stand for the whole 90 minutes
