Is it the fire drill, they usually do one a season during a match? Used to be Phase 4.

Phase 5 means that the stewards have to wake up and be aware of their surroundings. They then have to put down the triple cheeseburgers they all eat which makes them massively fat, and blow the plastic whistles which they use to convince themselves they have a real job.
They then gather in a circle in their reflective duvets and sing the company song.
"We hear nothing and see nothing and do nothing, we are all wannabee police officers on minimum wage and totally incapable of any sort of action in the case of emergency"
Thats my take on it anyway

They move from the seat side of the wall to pitch side.

Its an emergency drill for pretty much any emergency. They open all the emergency exits and should all move to their emergency points which is generally pitch side facing the crowd (as they can control people better while facing them than facing away). All police should move too and all first aiders. The idea is that they prepare to evacuate the stadium and the reason they do it randomly is just to test how long it takes like a fire drill at work.

Pretty sure they failed the drill anyway because the useless Berk on the mic cocked it up again

They will never do phase 6 tho as that's warp speed. The stewards just can't take it captain

They called for "stewards to phase 5" just as Mellis took his subs jacket off. Made me laugh. What did they expect to happen?
