but who would you say will take that third relegation spot? I did think Southampton before the weekend but I can't make my mind up now! (dunno)

    Not us I'll wager

cant see us not getting 4points now which I feel will be enough.

perm any one from leicester / soton / pigs / cov / blackpool.

If I were to put money on a club it would be leicester especially if they fail to beat colchester

    Washday, Leicester or Blackpool..

Don't think Coventry or Southampton will, think they have a bit more about them.

    Leicester for me

I think Blackpool will get out of it but if Leicester don't get 3 points against Colchester on Saturday they'll find it very, very difficult, especially as they still have to go to Swillsboro.

As you say 'still a long way to go'

and until we have another 4 or 5 points then I'm not going to speculate who will go down. I hope last night's result is a defining moment of the season where we proved we do know how to win games (I was begining to wonder) andit will have sent shock waves around the bottom of the division.

    Assuming Leicester beat Colchester

I think we need 54 points. We need to keep the momentum going. If we can nick a point against Preston and get something against Hull. I think that will leave us needing a win. Beat Leicester and that will do it. If not we then have two more games to get the last 3 points.
Remember the last win 4-1 v Ipswich led to 4 straight defeats. Its an unbelievable league and anything can happen.

His column is very entertaining for sure, but you have to question his judegement is leaving Plymouth for Leicester. Still can't work it out, unless Madaric offered him silly wages to join.
