And the quality, skill & style of our goals. If that game were to be Mickey Mellon's only one in charge, then all I can say is "Thanks, Mick. You did us proud at Brighton. Good luck in the future". If it isn't the last game, then the future isn't bleak, provided we continue along the same lines and last night wasn't a one off.

It's a great feeling to win away. I've got a feeling in my waters about Mellon.

Just watched both goals about 10 times on youtube. How exciting to see forward runs from the midfielders!! Brilliant performance and I've got to say Mellon got his tactics spot on.

I think we all felt that most of the current players had the potential to produce something good; certainly better than a bottom of the league team. Just a shame Flicker lost the plot somehow???
I just hope now we play to our full potential on a regular basis.

Let's hope we can take this into the next match.

In fairness, we finished the Ipswich game strongly (second half display was very good). It should have given us confidence, but it didn't. Why was the following display against Doncaster so "sterile" and lacking in passion?

Yes we need to go in with the same attitude as last night. Burnley have dropped off a bit recently so we need to have a go at them. The crowd will turn if we start well and nick a goal like they did last night.

That's the challenge for the new manager.
