We beat Plymouth, we stay up. I think we've forgotten how to win though. We appear incapable of scoring more than a goal a game and if we do score we're unable to hold on to the lead in the last 10 minutes. Of course, we could lose at Plymouth and still stay up, so we'll just have to see how it goes. If we do stay up there needs to be a massive overhaul in the summer if we're not to repeat the last three seasons. The reason we are where we are is that we're not very good. The players aren't very good. The team isn't very good and the manager isn't very good. Changes are required in all areas.

I'm getting sick of these relegation battles

We need to get a proper manager in with his own back-staff and some Championship quality players. That'd be a decent start.

Davey should be managing kids, not professional footballers.

I think we need to win by two clear goals.

They do - But if we beat Plymouth, we go above them and Plymouth become relegated.

Just pricing up Plymouth. Talking £190 for 2 nights hotel (for family) with breakfast. £80+ for diesel and 1K miles on car. 10 hour travelling and thats before matchday tickets.

Looking at £300+ for starters - Now do I belive we can pull a result out the bag? It's a long drive back on the Monday to think about the result and how much I could have saved.

    massive overhaul??? - rubbish

1 change would enable us to finish in mid table at least

we know what this team can do when they play 442 with players in correct positions

shame about the idiot in charge and crap tactics

    Davey out

oh and by the way Reading have nothing to play for now

so they can rest players ready for the play offs...they cannot fall out of the play off zone...monday night will see a Norwich victory...and take a look at who they have in their final game.... Charlton.... things really are looking good for us......NOT!

If Norwich beat Reading on Monday then they are home and dry

Because their last match is a 'pushover' at Charlton. Plus they have a miles better goal difference.

Dragon.... we don't know yet !!!

... if Preston win at Brum then Reading would need to win their game at Norwich to go into the last game with a chance of going up automaticaly..... oh **** Brum's just scored !!!!

Our hands. It's in Davey's hands.

One glimmer of hope is that he's finally got the message about when to keep doing the same thing and when to change things. That must have stuck in Bobby Hassel's throat. Very noble.

You're kidding yourself if you think this group of players are collectively anything other than relegation candidates.

All goes back to Simon Davey like as they're his players.

    Agreed.

Lions led by a donkey. If we could keep this side together (with the possible addition of a defender) and get someone in who could turn them into a coherent unit there's no reason to think they couldn't finish mid-table atleast.
