Just watched his docu. Moving and sad. How he kept it quiet for yrs and yrs. He is a top bloke and still laughs at life instead of shutting down. He is a true legend and has an amazing loving family.
Back to the future still one of my favourite films , think I was about 11 when the 1st one came out , still watch it now when it's on tv
Me too. Interesting though is the story that he was only in after a recast. Marty McFly was originally Eric Stoltz. They were half way through filming before "creative differences" led to him being dumped and it all had to be re-shot. https://youtube.com/shorts/qbYV0w0G3yI?si=HUXEdXcGn_zVzMF4
Apart from the Back to the future films of course, the one that stands out the most for me is... The Frighteners. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116365/
Fun (geeky) fact - the hand that punches Biff in the diner, just before the skateboard chase, is Eric Stoltz's.
Thanks for this. I had meant to watch it ages ago but slipped off my radar. Starting my Saturday morning with it now.
